Practice: Mon, Tue, and Thur 6-7:45 @ west campus
200 E 800 S (enter on the west side)

What you need: T-shirt, sports shorts, wrestling shoes
​
What you get: expert coaching and building on and of wrestling fundamentals in preperation for HS wrestling.

​If you are not sure if this group is for you, or if you want to register, come try a practice or two first!

​USA wrestling card is required, get one here. If you need help please learn how to get a usa wrestling card here (membership is $65)

Also, get a track wrestling profile if you don't already have one.
